Chella® Apple Pie is the result of a trial that exceeded our expectations! It turned out to be Apple Pie in reverse - meaning instead of cinnamon, apples and nuts being added to the dough; a little bit of flour was added to 100% apple juice, cinnamon and nuts.
Of course it’s all-natural, and handmade with only 4 ingredients: 100% natural apple juice, cinnamon, walnuts and the minimum amount of required flour. The delicate yet delicious flavor of Chella® Apple Pie is the perfect sweet dessert with hints of cinnamon, making it a top choice for those with a sweet tooth.

In these conditions, Chella is good for up to 6 months. However, fresh Chella always tastes better. If stored for a longer period of time, a white coating may appear, don't be alarmed! This is the natural sugar coming to the surface as it dries. This is the process that allows Chella to keep for so long without any preservatives (natural sugar from fruit juice acts as a preservative).
